In each & every area I have worked, my approach has been in pursuit of connecting & engaging with people. Whilst I have worked across different sectors, in differing contexts and a range of roles, people have remained the central focus of what I do and how I do it. I am at my best working with people in challenging and fast paced environments. I love to facilitate clear and confident thinking for individuals and bring teams or groups of people together by developing shared sets of values & ambition.
I am the Founder and Director of Commit2 Ltd. Having spent over 20 years working in the Health Sector as a Clinician, Project Manager, Team Leader and Coach, I set up Commit2 Ltd in April 2023.
My Project Lead work in the roll out of a Health Coaching Skills Programme in 2017 brought me into the coaching world. As well as project managing the roll out of a new Trust wide Training Programme, I also undertook the role of a Health Coaching Skills Facilitator for the Trust, giving me my first Coaching qualification; EMCC Foundation Level Coach. I achieved my ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring in early 2019.
I have spent the last 10 months studying the theory of Vertical Development and the transformational opportunities it brings coaching clients. Developing and nurturing our individual philosophies of how we know, rather than what we know opens up whole new realms of capability, capacity and greater maturity of mindset. I am an authorised user of Harthill Ltd’s Leadership Development Profile, and offer this unique psychometric tool to clients as a stand alone intervention, or an enhancement to coaching sessions.

I am currently undertaking training in Team Coaching with Harthill Ltd and working with them to offer a Team coaching package utilising the LDP in the context of Teams working in the Healthcare Sector.
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and am DBS checked, to provide confidence for any clients who would consider themselves vulnerable because of a health condition or disability.
I have previously undertaken work at ICS level in Norfolk and Waveney as a Strategic Coaching Lead, worked as a Clinical Operations Manager in Community Nursing and Therapy Services in North Norfolk, qualified in both PRINCE2 and APM PMQ Project management methodologies and been a Nurse Specialist in Progressive Neurology.
I maintain my Registered Nurse status, working as a Clinical Operations Manager for a team of Community Nurses in Norwich and volunteering for Nurse Lifeline as a Call Handler for their Listening Service
